ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND DESIGN
DESICON ASSOCIATES has been providing Architectural and Drafting services in the Pocono area for the past 26 years. During that time we have had the opportunity to work with several building contractors as well as private clients.
Most of our work has been in the custom residential field. Commercial work has been mainly in the area of renovation, additions and changes of occupancy for service establishments.
We’ve had the opportunity to work with several Residential Contractors, providing design advice and construction documents, as well as all documents required to obtain Building Permits.
We have provided the same services for private clients involved in home additions, renovations and new home construction.
DESICON ASSOCIATES can also provide renderings to Contractors wishing to upgrade or expand advertising documents. We’ve also been involved in developing web sites for Residential Contractors and other professionals.
